    I have received your letter dated April 5, 2006 in which you have asked me to make arrangements for your stay here. I am glad to tell you your schedule will be as follows:
    First of all, I will meet you at the airport when you arrive here and then I will take you to our university hotel where I have booked a room for you. On the second day of your arrival, you will be invited to attend our teaching activity in a small group. In the afternoon, I will take you to visit our students’ lab. On the third day, I have arranged a lecture at which I hope you could give us an introduction to the teaching features of fine arts at Cambridge. In the evening, I will have a small party for you and you will have more chance to communicate with our students as well as our staff. On the last day I will see you off at the airport.
    If there is anything inconvenient for you in this schedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
