    The last decade witnesses an intriguing phenomenon that a number of people advocate that we should wear traditional clothes in our life. With more attention and importance being attached to traditional culture, traditional clothes, as a symbol of culture, have been put into focus. It is argued that the clothes inherit the essence of traditional culture and wearing them reminds us of our glorious history and enchanting culture.
    However, others hold opposite opinion, arguing that traditional clothes have gone out of mode in the modern society. This age features comfort and convenience, which are not the strong suit of traditional clothes. Thick material, complex design and rough touch decrease the ease of our wearing. Moreover, modern clothes boast fashion, new technology and style, which charm modern people significantly.
    As for me, both traditional clothes and modem clothes have their respective edges. As an inheritance of traditional culture, traditional clothes should not be put into history. On the contrary, it’s advisable to wear them on some special occasions in honor of our ancestors and culture.
