    I’m writing this letter to complain about the service I got when I had my laptop repaired in your shop yesterday.
    Yesterday morning, I took my laptop to your shop for computer maintenance. One of your shop assistants, whose employee number is 10, turned a deaf ear to my requirement and disassembled my laptop rudely. What’s worse, the price he charged me for the maintenance is twice higher than normal, which was quite unacceptable and annoying. Finally, he didn’t even give me the receipt until I insisted for it.
    Frankly speaking, I’m so disappointed with the service that I’m considering whether to step into your shop again. I’d like to suggest that you look into this unsatisfactory issue and take steps to prevent similar events in the future. I hope that you will consider my suggestion and improve your service for the sake of the further development of your shop.
