    The progression of technology is inevitable and undeniable, which makes the intelligent machine—robot an important part in our life. As the popularity of robot grows, what will happen to our work and life?
    From my point of view, in the future our work in industry will be done by robot, which will raise productivity and cut cost of manpower. Our cooking, washing and cleaning in our daily life will be completed by robot, which will liberate us from trivial housework, and give us more time to do things we like. However, there is still much real challenge if robot becomes the mainstream of our society. First, the less-skilled people will be out of work as a result of wide application of robot in industry. Second, we will get fatter and fatter with robot doing housework for us.
    Based on the above imagination, we may conclude that robot is a double-edged sword. We should draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages, and make sure that it brings maximum benefits to human beings.
