    There are many facts that can support this argument. First of all, to be punctual is a sign of respect for others, for being on time means you care others very much. On the contrary, if you are late for appointments, meetings or work, obviously you may be seen as disrespectful of others’ time and considered impolite. Moreover, being punctual reflects a person’s character. A punctual person is always responsible and mature, while those who are always late show selfishness and are prone to run away from responsibilities.
    In conclusion, considering the fast pace of modern life, it’s necessary for us to improve the consciousness of punctuality. After all, a person who is always late won’t be welcomed by others.
