问题     A book like this is never the work of a single author or even a small group of authors; rather there are many people and institutions whose【S1】______need to be acknowledged. In the first place, we wish to thank the many scholars and sales managers who have【S2】______so diligently over the last 20 years to move the study of sales management out of the dark ages and into the【S3】______of marketing thought.
