    As can be seen in the table, the percentage of people who agree with this point exceeds that of people who disagree, especially in China however in China and the U.S., particularly in Japan, there are still some people against women’s equal job opportunities with men. Possible reasons for the facts are
    On the one hand the women’s liberation movement across the world has raised women’s social positions a lot. In China concerned laws have been passed  to protect women’s rights in many areas. In the U.S.. it is illegal to discriminate against women in employment, On the other hand women are still thought inferior to men in many aspects as a result of traditional ideas as well as physiological difference between men and women and this is rather serious in Japan.
    To my mind, women’s importance in society should be admitted by more The society should provide them with more .job opportunities rather than look down upon them.
