They say that not all the graduates will get into the jobs involving international communication. What’s more, people can quickly grasp the skills when necessary and it doesn’t make sense to make it a full course.
    Personally, I would find it very helpful if I can learn about etiquette in colleges. I was brought up in a small town and never experienced any formal situations. I am sure learning all the rules and practicing them in advance can prepare me better for my future job.
