    In the modern world, as the pace of our life speeds up, we are at the edge of losing the art of enjoying leisure and relaxation when hurrying to and back from work, competing for well-paid jobs, striving to make more money, and trying hard to be promoted.     We get so used to stress that we often take it for granted. It seems to be a part of our daily life. Without stress we may find no motivation in work or study. And life will perhaps be dull. No wonder some people feel unhappy when there is no stress in their life. So a proper amount of stress will be good for us.
    Nevertheless, stress will become a problem if we cannot manage it well. That’s why some of us cannot eat or sleep well. The best way to solve these problems is to set up a right attitude toward the pressures in our work and life. Find a chance to relax yourself if you feel there is too much stress.
