    In the picture, an employee is showing his new haircut to his boss. He thinks that young people like that kind of haircut. However, the boss doesn’t seem to agree with him.
    Nowadays, some young people have strange haircuts. They do it to show that they are different from others. They hope that if they look different, they can stand out in the crowd, and people will notice them.
    In my opinion, such behaviour is childish and is the result of lacking self confidence. Those young people want others to judge them by their outside, however it is the inside that really matters. If they have the good qualities that can attract others, such as being honest, warmhearted or considerate, they won’t need the strange haircuts to catch people’s eyes.
