    With the progress of society, food sufficiency and computer popularity provide us with a comfortable life. However, at the same time, some unexpected problems are following, such as obesity because of overeating, poor health due to lack of exercise, and irregular lifestyle owing to long hours of immersion into computers. As a result, we must pay high attention to those problems and keep a healthy lifestyle to say goodbye to those vices.
