In the second place, quite a number of people cannot resist the temptation to eat delicious food and drink at parties and dinners. As a result, overeating and heavy drinking often lead to digestive disorder. Last but not least, mood swing is also a minor factor causing holiday diseases.
    To prevent holiday excess, we’d better avoid overindulgence and overfatigue. Meanwhile, we should also commit to healthy eating and regular exercise. In this way, we can savor the joy of holidays and stay healthy at the same time.
