问题 For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay. You should start your essay with a brief description of the picture and then express your views on the problem of job-seeking. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

    The above picture depicts a contrasting situation : on the one hand, with promising prospect in his mind, a college student graduates from university, looking forward to a decent job; on the other hand, so many job-hunters who have graduated from colleges rush into the job market and it is really hard to find an ordinary job. What shall we do?
    At first, from the national aspect, our government should keep a stable economic growth and provide more jobs for the college students. Besides, the government should establish active employment policies targeted on college students. Secondly, from the social aspect, the media as well as other organs should try to create a non-discriminatory hiring atmosphere. Meanwhile, our colleges should establish more majors which keep pace with the time and economic development. Lastly , college students themselves should study hard and improve their comprehensive abilities in preparation for working in the society.
    In confrontation with the problems , we have no excuses to complain or to escape. Conversely, we should try to think out various solutions to solve the problem.
