    People have two different opinions about how students should spend their school days. (1) Some people believe that students should spend the whole school days in studies, while other people say that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day.
     (2) I personally believe each way has its advantages. Being a student, he or she should spend enough time in studies. Only by working hard can he or she gain much from academic studies. But he or she should also take part in other meaningful activities besides academic studies. For example, doing physical exercise is a good idea to make students’ life colorful and beneficial.
     (3) Though some people are afraid that doing physical exercise each day may disturb a student’s academic study, I think if a student makes full use of his or her time, he or she can be good at learning as well as physical exercise.
