     (2) Driving against the traffic rule, running the red light, taking the wrong lane to park the car are common daily deeds. Besides, ignorance of the traffic rules is prevalent among people, especially when people are waiting for the green light, many of them will go straight ahead even the red light is glaring.
    That is a big problem in cities because modern city needs not only skyscrapers, but also civilization in its people. (3) If all people are willing to comply with the traffic rules, our country will be a much safer place to live in.
