   How to view the combination of traditional Chinese culture and Western culture? Some people hold that it is to some extent the invasion of Chinese culture, and all Chinese people should say no to westernization. On the contrary, some people believe that Western culture is better than Chinese culture in some aspects, and Chinese people ought to study the essence of Western culture.
   In my opinion, people should neither accept Western culture totally nor turn it down completely. The best practice is to select the essence and discard the dross so as to take advantage of its virtues to promote the development of our country.
