   One of the uppermost concerns of young men is buying a house or renting one. Most Chinese families think that buying a house is better than renting one. However, as the housing price soaring, many people find it hard to afford one house. As far as I am concerned, renting a house is a more reasonable choice.
   Firstly, renting a house can greatly relieve people’ s economic pressure, especially for young men who just graduated. Secondly, it is more convenient to live in when renting a house. Compared with the houses we buy, rented houses have already been decorated with furniture and household appliances. It saves us a lot of time and efforts to decorate the house. Finally, renting a house means you have more chances of experiencing different life. If you don’ t like the city you work in, you can change your job and rent a house in another city.
   In my opinion, it will be an inevitable trend for most young people to rent houses in the future due to its various advantages.
