    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am very upset to find that the mobile phone I bought a week ago at your shop doesn’t work well.
    There are so many problems with the mobile phone that I wish to bring them to your attention. For one thing, there is something wrong with the call quality of the phone. I can hardly hear clearly what the caller is speaking even though I turn the volume to the highest level. For another, it frequently shuts down by itself. As a result, I can scarcely finish one call to my friend. Moreover, the screen often goes black and thus I have to restart it from time to time.
    To solve the above problems, I hope you can exchange it for another one or give me a refund. Your effort to provide good services will be highly appreciated. I look forward to your earliest reply.
