答案    Surveys reveal that many university students think they are under pressure. Some of them are in a constant state of anxiety while others take different methods to release pressure.
   As I see it, assignments of various courses and numerous extra-curricular activities from school life should be counted as one source of pressure as many university students don’t know how to balance them. Fierce competition in the job market can be listed as a second pressure. As it is, it has become more and more difficult for college students to find a job when they graduate. Many college students, as a result, are haunted by the fear of being jobless or washed out in the future job markets.
   In order to relieve pressure in a proper way, it is suggestive that university students take a look at the sources of their pressure and take appropriate measures to keep it under control. For instance, manage time wisely and work harder to keep one more competitive.
