   As is depicted in the picture, a doctor tells his patient to stop resting in peace and to start getting some exercise. The picture discloses an obvious truth that it is sports that can guarantee our health rather than resting in peace.
   To begin with, exercise strengthens our body so that we won’t be subject to illness easily. Therefore, whenever we have time, we should take some exercise to keep fit. Secondly, besides improving physical health, doing sports can also refresh our mind, release our pressure, and enhance our happiness and satisfaction, thus improving our mental health.
