    Firstly, a loss may turn out to be a gain. For instance, you would feel depressed for a rain preventing you from outing. At the same time, a friend you haven’t seen for a long time came and visited you. Then the regret must be displaced by the surprise of the friend’s visit Secondly, a loss may offer you a chance to improve yourself.
