答案
Metropolis or Small Town?
Nowadays, many university graduates are in a dilemma when it comes to the choice of job locations. Some of them prefer the metropolis such as Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou. However, others are in favor of the life in small towns. Indeed, the metropolis is not the only place for graduates to fully develop their abilities. Precious stones will glitter wherever they are placed.
There are many differences between living in a small city and living in the metropolis. Some people like living in the big city, because city life has many advantages. For them, life is never dull in the metropolis. What’ s more, modern enterprises and large companies are concentrated in big cities. These provide the graduates more employment opportunities and possibilities for self-improvement. Nevertheless, Whether or not does living in a small city has many important benefits? Firstly, the small towns are free from serious air pollution, heavy traffic, ceaseless noise or high cost of living. Furthermore, with the help of various Internet services, they can also enjoy a colorful and exciting life as those in metropolis do. On the whole, low cost of living and less vocational pressure and better air quality are the biggest advantages for many university graduates to enjoy their life.
To sum up, I firmly believe that precious stones will glitter wherever they are placed and the small towns would be more and more popular among the ambitious youngsters.
