Eating such dishes could cause food poisoning, which could be very serious, especially for children and old people. Secondly, I’m also concerned about the cooking oil used in the restaurants. Many years ago, there was a scandal that many restaurants extracted oil from the leftovers. The news shocked the whole country. Now I believe those restaurants have stopped doing this but I’m still worried about the quality of the cooking oil. I believe this concern is shared by many people around me. I think it’s more of a distrust of the food safety in restaurants.
