First, a school must have an excellent administration to maintain scholastic success. Principals and directors must choose the best textbooks, keep the school environment clean and conducive to learning, employ the best teachers, and deal with the many varied students in an appropriate and responsible way. Without such guidance, a school will fail.
Moreover, the teachers are the most important variables in a good school. A good teacher will produce great lessons, know how to deal with individual students and address their academic needs. Teachers are the soul and heart of a school. Therefore, it is my opinion that the administration and teachers are the major factors in a good school.
