   我们将坚定不移地推进金融市场化改革，健全现代金融体系，加快发展多层次资本市场，稳步推进利率市场化、汇率市场化的改革。
   同时，我们将深化境外战略投资者与中资银行的合作，稳步推进股票、债券、保险市场对外开放，促进人民币跨境使用，逐步实现人民币资本项目可兑换，拓展金融业对外开放的广度和深度。以开放促改革发展、促转型创新，实现中国经济持续健康发展，也会给世界经济增长及金融业发展提供机遇。
   新的形势下，国际社会应当继续把推动世界经济强劲、可持续、平衡增长作为共同目标，坚持实施稳增长、促就业的宏观经济政策，推进财政金融改革，防范全球性通货膨胀风险，维护国际金融市场稳定。

However, to sustain its growth remains a long and arduous task. Currently, China’s financial sector has total assets of over RMB 150 trillion yuan and foreign exchange reserves of US$3.4 trillion. There is a huge potential for making full use of China’s financial assets and improving the performance of the financial market.

   We will also deepen cooperation between Chinese banks and foreign strategic investors, and open the stock, bond and insurance markets in an orderly way. We will promote the cross-border use of the RMB and, over time, achieve RMB convertibility under the capital account and expand the opening of the financial sector in both breadth and depth. We will promote reform, development, economic transformation and innovation in the course of opening-up to achieve a sustainable and sound growth of the Chinese economy. This will also create opportunities for boosting the economic growth and development of the global financial industry.
   Under the new conditions, members of the international community should continue to pursue the common goal of ensuring strong, sustainable and balanced growth of the world economy, carry out macroeconomic policies that help ensure a steady growth and generate more jobs, advance fiscal and financial reforms, guard against risks of global inflation, and maintain the stability of the international financial market.
