    The current evaluation systems of graduation qualification adopted by most universities are mainly more oils the same．solely dependent on the scores of each course or the credits graduation requires，and few give the concern to the capability that the students need to adapt to the society in parallel with Tim knowledge they master on campus．Some employers complain that the green hands just off campus are a far cry from meeting demands．So someone claims that it is necessary to take the capability into account when the graduation qualification is assessed．As for me，I strongly hold the same opinion for the reasons listed as follows．
    On the one hand．capability counts a lot when students step out of school，which coil provide them more opportunities together with their professional knowledge Although a large number of students are well—educated，intelligent and aspirant，it is undeniable that a number of graduates have to face grim problem that fewer jobs are suitable for them．Some college graduates fail to get an appropriate job after graduation within a short period．Others are hams sat by the lack of practical experience related to their major．thus incapable of good performance in the new job field．All these facts result from the current education model with emphasis on the book knowledge，because they have no need to worry about working ability before graduation．The gap between schooling and demand for work drives them into a lineman.
    On the other hand，the capability of communication，teamwork．or coordination which is needed in the working process can not be acquired naturally on campus．Too much emphasis on the book knowledge makes college students ignore the importance of strengthening their practical capability．If these abilities were the prerequisites of graduation qualification。students would pay more attention to engaging in the social practice to improve themselves．In doing so，they can be aware of their weak points and try to strengthen then The final result is that they can adapt to the society more easily and feel at ease in building their career．When graduating from university，they would be less bothered by the lack of experience．
    Taking all the above-mentioned factors into consideration，I may reasonably conclude that capability evaluation is necessary in assessing students’graduation qualification，which can benefit them in the long run．
