There exists a social and cultural disconnection between journalists and

This is an explosive situation for any industry, particularly a declining
one. Here is a troubling business that keeps hiring employees whose at- 【M6】______
titudes vastly annoy the customers. Then it sponsors lots of symposiums
and a credibility project dedicated to wonder why customers are annoyed 【M7】______
and fleeing in large numbers. But it never seems to get around to notice the 【M8】______
cultural and class biases that so many former buyers are complaining about.
