When did Russian President Vladimir Putin meet with a Japanese business delegati

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with a Japanese business delegation in Moscow Friday in the hopes of encouraging new investment.
   The businessmen have spent the last week touring various parts of Russia in search of investment opportunities. Takashi Imai, chairman of Japan’s influential business lobby, the Federation of Economic Organizations ( Keidanren) says the delegation has seen evidence of progress in Russia’s economic reforms.
   Japan is .an important potential economic partner for Russia, but investors have been worried about what they consider is Russia’s poor business environment. Relations between Russia and Japan have also been strained by a territorial dispute over the Kuril Islands, which Russia seized from Japan at the end of World War II.
   The two countries have yet to formally end their World War II hostilities.
