     Health is the most important thing in our life. Without being healthy, we human beings can do nothing. Health is the basis of work, of study and of success.
     Staying health makes us energetic. We need energy to do work every day. If we’re in poor health, we’re not able to devote ourselves to our work. We just feel sleepy or weak or dizzy all day long. We only want to sit there, doing nothing. Staying health helps us keep our body strong and minds fresh. As long as we’re healthy, we can be creative, imaginative and inspired. If we keep healthy, we’re more likely to achieve success. Many people who are in poor health have to see the doctor from time to time. Therefore, they’re not able to focus their mind on their work or study. As a result, they’re unlikely to succeed.
     In a word, staying health is crucial to our life, and to all the people. Everyone should pay great attention to his own health.
