The United States Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Campbell arrives on Tuesday in Beijing. It is the first high-level visit to Northeast Asia since the death of North Korea’ s leader Kim Jong II. Mr. Campbell will also stop in Seoul and Tokyo on his four-day trip. The American State Department says Mr. Campbell will discuss issues including developments in North Korea.
