W: What seems to be the trouble?
M: Last night I had a headache and a fever and a pain in the chest. In fact I was in aches and pains all over, so I took some aspirin and went straight to bed. During the night my stomach began to ache and I felt like vomiting. I could get no sleep at all.

M: It is a little better than this morning, but it still aches.
W: Your throat is quite swollen. You have a touch of flu. You’ll need an injection. I’ll give you a prescription.
