According to the man, why do the elderly not like using the computerized banking services? [br]
W: Hello, Michael. Would you come to my office for a minute? I Want to discuss something With you.
M: Sure. I’ll be there in a minute. But what’s the matter?
W:(4-1)Many of our elderly customers have never tried using our computerized banking services. Could you tell me the reason why?
M:(4-2)Hmm, it could be that they might find it strange to use those, computers, fit machines and they don’t like to ask for help.(6-1)Maybe we should offer .some programs to show them how easy and convenient it is to use such devices as ATM.
W: It’s a good idea.(6 -2)It will help those senior citizens know better about the batik computers, and understand how it will save them from waiting in line during regular banking hours.
M: Yes. And we could also arrange some of our staff to help those who might do their business with a computer while waiting in line. The customers would be happy to find that they could enjoy a more efficient service.
W:(5)Exactly. We could do that. How about distributing a booklet or something on the Seniors’ Day? A lovely booklet would enable them to learn how to handle the machines quickly.
M: Sounds good.(6-3)Actually the elderly need more assistance and instructions in such modern matters.
