    As an increasing number of people are concerned about environment protection, it is widely agreed that creating a green campus is vitally important. The environment in the campus will directly affect our healthy growth and study. But what does it mean by creating a green campus?
    As far as I am concerned, a green campus means much more than planting trees, flowers or grass on the campus or having indoor plants in the school buildings. It means that everyone on campus, including faculty members and students, should be aware of the importance of environment protection and make an effort to contribute to environment protection in whatever he does. To create a green campus, on the one hand, school authorities should conduct a year-round campaign on campus to keep everyone constantly aware of the significance of a green campus. Only in this way will more and more students begin to protect the environment with their own actions. On the other hand, as students, whatever we do, we should take environment protection into consideration and make it a habit to save printing paper, water, and other resources.
    I believe that, with joint efforts of every one, the dream of creating a green campus will come true.
