    In the picture, there are two plates bearing one whole fish. The head and tail of the fish are in the first plate which is labeled " classroom teaching". The body of the fish is in the second plate labeled "private teaching".
    The picture mainly tells us that some teachers run after-school classes and cover the main content that should have been taught at school. Doubtlessly, those teachers are motivated by monetary purposes and this practice should be seriously punished. On the one hand, giving private lessons after school is bound to distract teachers’ attention from the classroom and reduce their sense of responsibility. Consequently, it will affect their work quality at school as well as students’ learning. On the other hand, these private lessons will increase the burden on students’ families and make students tired of learning.
    To solve this problem, we must severely punish those teachers who are violating Education Law and other regulations. Teachers should make themselves role models for society so as to deserve the name of " engineers of the soul".
