    It is the time for college graduates to go for their future. However, we find that most of them have no clear clue for their career. Besides, among the people who have worked for several years, there are many who do not like their current jobs. Just like what Thoreau had said " Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after. "
    To find the reason for this pitiful phenomenon, let’s start with the look into the higher education. Nowadays, teaching in universities prefers the accumulation of knowledge to the direction of taking up career as its main purpose. Though graduates from colleges do have a high level of academic achievements, they do not know the best way to use them or turn them into work fortunes. As far as I’m concerned, education should focus on both sides to cultivate talents of real experience in learning and operating.
    What’s more, companies lack access to communicate with schools. The former is the recipient of talents and the latter is the supplier of them. If the two parties separate with its other, it will make the students more embarrassed in job hunting because the two standards are different from each other. So, companies should enhance cooperation with school in education which will help the students in the setting of the goals.
    Generally speaking, think twice before employment and do the thing that suits you the most.
