    I’m Li Wei. I’m writing to you to complain about the poor quality of the call phone I bought. Last Sunday I bought an MF call phone at PI shop in Longquan district. Later I found there was something wrong with the Internet on the phone. Every time I tired to be online in the chat rooms, "The world of Animals" would appear on the screen.
    Therefore I went back to the shop and asked for a replacement yesterday. But the seller was quite unreasonable. My request was turned down with no reason at all.
    I sincerely hope you can get a refund of RMB 900 for me (This is the price of the phone). I would appreciate it if you could give me an earlier reply.
