问题     The following is a claim letter.
Dear Sir or Madam,
    Please replace my Model 6100 Sukiprinter or return the purchase price of $479.99.
    I purchased a Model 6100 from J & L Distributors in North Hollywood on May 5. Copies of the purchase documents and warranty(保证) are enclosed. During the past four months, the printer has been in your service shop for repair on three different occasions. The paper feed mechanism has jammed several times, and the ribbon take-up reel still does not function properly. I have been without a printer for total of 38 days.
    When the printer is working, the copies are beautiful. However, I feel that this particular machine is defective(有缺陷的). Therefore, I would like either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Please send me authorization(许可) to exchange my Model 6100 for a new printer, or you may send a check for $479.99 by October 1.
