   I’m writing about a TV set which I bought from your store on May 28 . Unfortunately, after only two weeks, I found something wrong with the TV set. I have telephoned to the service center of your store. The reply I got was that a on-site repair would be provided.
   What really makes me annoyed is that no one has ever come to repair it during the week.
   In view of the inconvenience that it has caused, and the disappointment, I feel that you have to apologize to me and I should return this TV set, looking forward to a full refund.
