To Whom It May Concern,
    Based on the 4th annual meeting of Sino-British English Coordinative Program(中英英语合作项目), the fifth annual meeting of the program is planned to be held in Wuhan on March 15-16, 2005. Huazhong University of Technology will be responsible for the general affairs about the meeting.
    The topics for the meeting: 1. the progress of each program; 2. the exchange of teaching method and the improvement of the quality and level of coordinative program.
    The people who are required to attend the meeting: one officer from the foreign affairs office, heads of the foreign language departments and British experts.
    All those who will attend the meeting will come to No. 8 Building of the Foreign Guest House for registration on March 14.
