   Students of the Foreign Language Department are requested to attend a lecture on "English and American Folk Ballads" by Dr. John Smith of the University of California, U. S. A., in the meeting-room on the ground floor of the classroom-building, on Wednesday, June 3, at 2:00 p.m.
   The audience are not supposed to arrive late or to leave before the lecture is over. Nor are they supposed to smoke.
