The word communication derives (起源) from the Latin word Communicate, meaning "to share, to have in common. "We define communication as the transfer of thought from one person to another, a process that occurs all around us. We communicate verbally during about 70% of our waking hours everyday--listening, speaking, reading and writing, in that order. Every time an individual communicates well or badly determines how successful he or she will be in realizing the exchange of ideas. In fact, communication is a very complex matter, even among people from the same culture who speak the same language.
