   Miss Anderson graduated from the University of California with a Bachelor’s degree in business management in 2004 and worked for us for two years. She started as a secretary and within one year was advanced to office manager.
   During her time with this company she has never missed a single hour of work. She is usually on time, careful and efficient. She is also highly dependable. Miss Anderson has a pleasant, easy-going personality which has won her many friends among her colleagues. She is leaving our company on her own will in order to seek advancement and we are sorry to lose her.
   So I would be pleased if her application for the post in the advertisement would be put into your kind consideration. And certainly there is no doubt that she will live up to my expectations once employed.
