   With reference to your advertisement in Yangcheng Evening News of Feb. 8 for a computer programmer. I take the liberty of offering myself for the position. I have pleasure in enclosing my personal history.
   Born in Guangzhou, I’m a fresh graduate of Guangdong College of Commerce in 2005. I have good knowledge of computer science and have mastered programming, systems design and analysis, and operating systems. I believe that you will find me competent for the job.
