   I am sorry to write to you that I did not have a good experience shopping in your store．
   I bought a new kind of cell phone in your store in early May．It took me 2900 yuan．However，there was something wrong in the first week! One of your staff told me that the memory card did not work．I have already changed the memory card twice but it still does not work．I am really disappointed about the product and I hope I can refund or replace it with a new one．
