Interviewing Mr. Smith
    Mr. Smith is playing his New York concert on June 16, and his friends said that he would be available for an interview either on that day or the day after. The interview Mr. Smith is going to be our cover story next month, so make sure it should be your top priority.
Commissioning feature articles
    I have already commissioned two features for the July issue, and we need at least another three. Jerry has one or two ideas, so you might want to call him first.
    You have my number, but please don’t contact me unless it’s really urgent. Everything needs to be finished by June 30.
