    Walking into each and every dormitory on university campus, you would find someone playing computer games, especially online ones.
    Playing computer and online games can benefit the students in the following ways: first, it offers a good way to relax after long-hours of study; second, some games requiring co-operation between the players can serve as team-work spirit training. But the problems involved are also quite obvious. Too many hours spent on these games can be really harmful fur our health, not to mention the phenomenon that some college students choose to play games instead of attending lectures. Meanwhile, dormitory is a place for us to take a rest or sleep, and since there are usually four students —and in some cases even six or more students —living in one dormitory, game-playing in dorms sometimes turns out to be one source of noise and makes it impossible for others to rest or sleep.
    All in all, I don’t think there is an easy judgment about this issue. What we need to make sure is that game-playing is restricted to a time period that does not interrupt either our academic activities or the lives of others. Given this, it would be a good choice to make our campus life more colorful.
