The regular patterns are like this: when we are doing very【B8】______tasks, it is not good to group functioning, as many disagreements come out. On the contrary, when the group【B9】______non-routine tasks, disagreements won’t have detrimental(不利的)effects, and in some extent, disagreements are beneficial to the tasks.
