    To begin with, concentration means paying your attention to what you are doing, which guarantees the efficiency and effectiveness of your work. When you are absorbed into doing something, it becomes easier to be solved as you do it whole-heartedly. Furthermore, for most people it’s a great challenge to do many things at the same time because you probably mess everything up when you are distracted. Finally, concentration can quickly calm you down in complex situations because of the neglect of other distractions, so that you can immerse yourself into your work.
    To sum up, concentration is a shortcut to do many things. Thus, we’d better devote ourselves to one thing at a time.
