Apples have been as not only a delicious fruit, but also as an effective way to improve your health. Research suggests that eating apples can【C1】______your heart, your teeth, and your energy level. Eating a higher amount of fruits and vegetables in general has also been【C2】______with a lower risk for【C3】______diseases including coronary heart disease(冠心病), asthma(哮喘), diabetes, cancer and perhaps even Alzheimer’s disease(阿尔茨海默症).

The mice’s brains were examined and found to contain a(n) 【C7】______level of beta amyloid proteinic(β淀粉状蛋白), as【C8】______to the brains of mice whose drinking water had not contained apple juice. The【C9】______and excess of this protein in the brain is one of the hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease.

选项
答案
K
K)involved.
