    As is well known, traditional Chinese food is the most delicious in the world. People all over the world like it. On the one hand, by having the traditional Chinese food, people can keep a well-balanced diet while food in McDonald’s and KFC contains high calories, which will accumulate in the body and make people overweight. That’s why they are usually called "rubbish food". On the other hand, a typical Chinese meal provides one with enough carbohydrates and protein which are needed to keep the physical fitness of humans. Therefore, eating the traditional Chinese food is more healthy and enjoyable.
